It was a very good experience to be part of this community and to meet such amazing artists. As a fine artist, I can say the conversations we had and the diversity of backgrounds and ideas, as well as the lectures, that had a perfect match between practice and theory, enriched my horizon of ideas and reflections on how to use new media art practices.
At the moment, I’m developing a project based on community involvement and territory research in which I’m applying some knowledge I had the opportunity to gain through these months.
My suggestion for a next residency is to have a few more moments during the residence, perhaps in a physical space / studio, where the artists can meet in person and develop a common project.
I hope we all can keep this sharing network and I’m looking forward to see the income from this experience in each future work.
