Hello Everyone,
I am happy to share with you the highlights of my work report covering the period of January-February :

Attended a total of 8 meetings with a 100% attendance rate, actively participating in discussions and decision-making processes.

Following valuable feedback from core contributors, I initiated amendments to the Tier system, which will be implemented starting March to enhance its effectiveness and inclusivity. CHARTER LINK

Compiled and prepared a comprehensive combined report for January from all 10 guilds, sharing our collective progress and areas for improvement.

Created a detailed sheet to show the highlights of all 10 guilds for the month of January, facilitating transparency and insight into each guild’s achievements and challenges. Sheet link will be attached in our monthly report.

Reviewed 17 proposals for March, providing constructive feedback to ensure their alignment with our values and KPIs.

Managed communications and engagements with the Near Hausa and Near India communities, conducting two meetings with each to address concerns, gather feedback, and foster collaboration.

As part of my responsibilities, I prepared March budget post to the HoM.

Meeting with Near Malaysia & Toronto: Understanding their metrics and their plans to contribute with us from March. Setting up the structure discussion on their strategies in coming months.
