[REPORT] Globe DAO Council Dery Jan/Feb

Hey everyone, here’s my report on my contributions as one of the council members of Globe DAO for January-February:

  1. I’ve been showing up to all the official meetings with the Globe DAO council and HoM members. Attended all 8 out of 8 total meetings (100%).

  2. I’ve been reviewing and giving feedback on the changes to the KPI from the latest Globe DAO Charter. NEAR Globe Community Charter - Google Docs

  3. Actively keeping an eye on all the proposals submitted, summarizing them collectively in a document.

Additionally, I’ve been actively reassessing and confirming in every regional community.

  1. Actively observing the activity metrics reports from 10 regional communities in January and incorporating them into the review report.

  2. Keeping up regular communication every day with fellow Council members via Telegram.

  3. Participated in further reviews and communications with the communities:

  • Had meetings with NEAR Pakistan (onboarded as a new community under Tier E)
  • Had meetings with NEAR Malaysia (onboarded as a new community under Tier E)
  1. Actively coordinating with NEAR Korea DAO & NEAR Indonesia communities for the prompt sharing of information regarding reports, proposals, and other crucial updates they need to know about.

I’m thrilled to announce that in the second month, we’ve welcomed two new communities, NEAR Malaysia and NEAR Pakistan, who are eager to actively join Globe DAO. I’m also delighted to be able to contribute and bring value to the NEAR Ecosystem through Globe DAO alongside my peers, all working together to foster the growth of every regional community within the NEAR ecosystem.
