Hello everyone,
In the Feb, I have done the following tasks:

  1. Attended 6/8 formal meetings (75% attendance), including regular weekly ones and some informal ones with Council, NF & HoM members.

  2. Revise the KPI-based reward based on the actual situation of Jan’s report, and HOM feedback with details as follows:
    1. We have reduced around 10% from all tiers due to budget constraints from HOM.

    2. Replaced Tier D & E on the partnership by wallet transactions, social media stats

    3. The KPIs must be comprehensive. In other words, applicants required to meet and all the KPIs within a selected tier before advancing to the next tier in proposal.

  3. Strategic planning on Report and proposal workflow to ensure a smooth and timely process:

  4. Prepared the Jan report format for every guild to follow: Telegram

  5. Commit 3-4 hours daily to participate in the review, evaluation, and reporting process for Globe DAO applicants, going through over 17 proposals in March and approving 15 of them, based on team experience and Jan’s report evaluation.

  6. Work closely with NEAR VN, and NEAR ES and help them achieve over 100% of KPI in January, also in the proper format:

  7. Follow up on the report NEAR Hausa, NEAR India, Near Turkey, NEAR German to advise on partnership/ Support NEAR Brazil for KYC process.
