Project title: Eastern Europe Educational Hub
Project Summary: Creation of the Near Educational Center in Eastern Europe
Period: 15 February - 9 March 2022
In the first 2 weeks, we have created a working system for finding and attracting developers. Here’s what I did for this:
- I studied all the available experience of colleagues, including Near Spain, all AMA sessions, interviews, technical features and advantages of the blockchain, possibly for developers and entrepreneurs, which gives Near.
- Conducted extensive research of the local market, including work with big data and a series of individual interviews.
- I identified possible channels of communication with developers and started testing them.
- Interaction within our team was organized, we all switched to a single software for remote work, groups, chats, channels for both internal and external communication were created.
- All the work performed is immediately entered into a single database for generalization and further use of the experience gained.
- A lot of work has been done to create a website, presentations, and strong proposals for developers and entrepreneurs.
The intermediate result of the work is the first developers who signed up for the NCD course, which we immediately put into a single database to organize competent work with them for a long time.
Most of our hypotheses have been confirmed, an effective and friendly team has formed, for the month of March we set ourselves the task of scaling the created model in order to ensure a constant flow of developers, with further organization of their interaction with entrepreneurs.
In the first week of March, the work was aimed at finding the number of instructors we needed: we want there to be several dozen of them, so that we are guaranteed to have several in the state. It is important that we meet our project implementation schedule.
