In April, we made a restart of our project, the main efforts were directed to work in 3 directions:
- Community formation
- Search for instructors to teach in Russian
- Expansion of our team
Here’s what was done for this:
- Social media accounts and a Telegram group have been created, which have begun to be filled with users
- A number of studies have been conducted on the labor market and the search for the right specialist on it
- Vacancies were posted and interviews were conducted
- Organized interactions with other Russian-speaking communities
- Attracted specialists to help in finding instructors and trained them
- We hired contractors and built our website together with them
- We held the first presentation of our project to the general public
- They began to systematize information and create a database in Russian
- Created a single space for team collaboration
All the goals have been fully achieved:
Now there are almost 100 people in our community, we have enrolled more than 30 people for the NCD course that took place on April 29, from which we plan to choose 2-3 instructors for ourselves in May.
