Project description:	Incubating a big farm and creative co-working community for self-sustain project
Milestones/KPIs	100 members, we did the onboarding in person and created the cosmo club, we will be at this job all year round. We need to create a system of automatic COSMO token top-up and finalize our BOS Hack to creating a Build a point of sale dashboard to confirm that real world payments that displays the transaction SENDER, AMOUNT, RECIPIENT and whether the transaction of COSMO token in our BAR, Restaurant and Product Store. Our participation on BOS HACK us a successful and we win the third place!

Highlights:	- We won a HACK-BOS in third place creating a poit of sale for the eccosystem, we did a great onboarding and we create sales experiences using the cosmo token in bar, restaurants and product sales - we created the cosmo token and generated a circular economy of 505 transactions on the blockchain - the workshops are being incredible and we have a team in the artistic residency of people with experience in multimedia interactions and animation

Learning:	- Through a computer, we created an interactive screen using MAX/MSP for onboarding -total: 100 member. Details: 20 onboarding in september/october and we created an event with 80 people to test the token and learn about the limitations of the NEAR Protocol in relation to the community.: - We saw that we have the potential to create a hackathon in the space of Casa Cosmica in São Paulo, and create a point of sale dashboard for the community - we have to create SBT tokens for the club - we created all the club’s governance during this time, including code of conduct and types of members If applicable: - we need rust and dapp programmers in our DAO
Next steps:	- create a dashboard, Build a SBT NFT system in NEARCON HACKATHON. - develop a way to buy the cosmo token directly - launch version 2.0 of interactive onboarding, with the end of leston.near artist residency - learn how to create SBT tokens for the club membership, do all the workshops that haven’t been done yet - resolving NEAR’s technical difficulties on available dapps, we will do the remaining onboarding - recruit programmers to our community that has a lot of development potential

How are you, i’ d like to make a call, to explain that we are creating infrastructure that NEAR didn’t had, like a point of sale and soul bound NFT for membership, the project is for all life and we are creating the infrastructure, I really appreciate to talk with you. We have 80 member in circular economy and we have many members hold to enter, we are in hackathon to implement our NFT soul bound. We have totally responsibilities with our community, we can create a kaos inside, cause we don’t have BOS infrastructure for communities membership and economy circular.
The incubation will continuing until DECEMBER of 2024 to onboarding all members correctly.

There’s no way it could have failed because the farm’s employees are receiving their salaries in cosmos tokens in the farm, the tokens are being accumulated by the chosen employees and will be exchanged for stays, in rented space for weddings, restaurants and co-working.

We just need more infrastructure from near to be able to put hundreds of people without having problems with infrastructure, visualization of the tokens at the points of sale and without hundreds of people circumventing the system by sending the NFT membership to people who are not part of the community.

Hello Dears,

I would like to take a moment to address some concerns that have been circulating regarding certain projects, including satori.art, within the NEAR ecosystem. It is essential to clarify that these projects are lacking resources and we had problems generating membership NFTs. Instead, we encountered some challenges, such as word limitations imposed by the keypom platform on project descriptions and the absence of a layout for membership NFTs, which are indeed significant issues.
We are studying to create our own and implement the ecosystem.

I would like to share some positive developments as well. I had the privilege of participating in BOS Hack, where our team secured third place with our Near token point of sale project. Additionally, we are actively involved in the Horizon hackathon, where we are dedicated to solving the soul-bound token problem.

It is important to emphasize that incubation is a time-consuming and complex process and that setbacks are not indicative of failure. Our mission is to collaborate with the entire community, but it is essential to have the right infrastructure to effectively interact with hundreds of people.

I want to make it clear that I have unwavering faith in NEAR and the ecosystem it represents. However, I would appreciate the opportunity to respond to any questions or concerns you may have about our ongoing processes. Open and transparent communication is vital to our collective success.

Dear everyone,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to explain why we are participating in the Horizon Hackathon. Currently, we lack the infrastructure for soulbound NFTs, and our existing NFT structure leaves much to be desired. The description field is insufficient, limiting the amount of information we can provide about our NFTs. Additionally, the layout lacks effectiveness, and there isn’t enough room to showcase the club’s attributes, advantages, validity, organized items, and ensure a seamless reading experience.

In response to these challenges, our community has collectively decided to participate in the hackathon to develop a tailored solution. We aim to create services that will pleasantly surprise our member clubs and provide them with the functionality they deserve.

FraDAO’s journey doesn’t stop here; we have ambitious plans to engage with a much larger community. The farm represents just the first step in our larger vision. Rest assured, we are actively working on innovative solutions for the ecosystem, and we are committed to implementing these solutions effectively.

We need to resolve this issues on BOS. We need to mint 500 NFTs not with limitatons.
