One thing to point out that the KPIs were changed maybe the second week of August and I had already done 2 gaming focused Podcasts with Ludero and Murder Mystery Collective. There after I recorded purely NDC focused.
This podcast is proven to be better than the (Twitter) Spaces by 2x-3x to my surprise as a new podcast by new podcast hosts. The channels continue to grow with Twitch being the weakest. That could be due to the fact that I was falsely categorizing to the “Just Chatting” category rather than the “Podcast & Talk Show” category. I felt I learned a ton in this past month and got some good feedback from our guests and others who’ve held podcasts as well.
So just like in my proposal I will share the Google sheet (Excel) thats documents my numbers.
Boneyard Gaming Metrics
This Pod is streamed across 3 platforms X (Twitter), YouTube, and Twitch. I then later make short-form content on highlights that is later posted on X, TikTok and YouTube shorts. I don’t ask for funding on this keep in mind. I’ve taken the skills I’ve learned from making memes and creating content for bounties in ready Player Dao to promote games utilizing Blockchain tech.

Twitch is the obvious weakest link here. I also stream games as you can see from hours streamed. I hear from others who’ve been streaming for years that this is normal when you’re new to Twitch. Grindy as hell.
Overall we continue to grow on all socials. I will update this as we get more metrics in.
