-

-

Budget:
-
Transaction → Gruta DAO Funding recieved from NEAR Foundation. (April 20, 2022 → 15$ = 1 $NEAR)
-
Transaction → Arroz Criativo DAO sent their part of the Funding. (May 06, 2022 → 10$ ~ 1 $NEAR )
-
Transaction → DAO Payout to pay the production costs and the artists. We delayed the payments a bit because we were waiting of the rest of funding from Arroz Criativo. → (May 09, 2022 → 10$ ~ 1 $NEAR)
The volatile months and price decrease, everyone wanted their payments converted already, if we didn’t had payed this way we would have lost more then 60% of the value everyone and gaining untrust from the community.
We had around a 30-40% decrease in the budget available to pay for this event, we used a few of the funds left in our DAO to compensate for this and lowered the amount payed for every artists and the production costs, but we lost the funds we were trying to save from the DAOcubator program we were gonna use for other needs and was accounted for.
We will fix this next time by paying in USN Stablecoin.

Final Summary
This is the report for our Atropa Beladona event, we think still it was a quite successful event, in terms of buildup, planning on how to use Web 3.0 concepts to onboard participants and the and general attendees.
Beside the hiccup with the budget we still had a lot of successful connections and want to make this network of multiculturally and multidisciplinary associations grow and make the possiblities to use this technology to open up transparency, decentralization, communities and circular economics.
Tagging @arroz-criativo that was part of this event.
