Hello NEAR family. 
In the month of August, the Open Web Academy team made a proposal to run 2 in-person Build Days in different cities of Mexico, with the aim of adding new builders to the NEAR Protocol and developing solutions using the Blockchain Operating System, as well as promoting the use of NEAR Social.

About the first build day
The first build session will be carried out at the Computing Research Center of the National Polytechnic Institute, the third best university in Mexico according to the rankings.
The session will be given to master’s and higher education students to explore the option to combat censorship on the Internet through the Blockchain Operating System.

About the second build day
The second build session will be carried out in the western area of Mexico at the National Institute of Mexico (TECNM), in the city of Culiacan Sinaloa. The TECNM is characterized by being an institution oriented to the development of technological engineers and has opened the doors to us to carry out an intensive Blockchain Operating System workshop with its students within the framework of the educational day "National Science and Technology Week 2023 ", for this activity the participation of students from the institution and attendees of the main event is expected.
