Eu percebo as dificuldades que apresentas, quando se tenta expandir uma comunidade em pouco tempo pode ser uma tarefa muito cansativa. Contudo, tenho algumas questões a apontar:

na lista de tópicos a abordar, referem aconselhamento financeiro. Discordo veementemente de que isto deva ser um tópico educacional.

Também acho que alguns dos outros tópicos, como social media, marketing, estratégia de vendas, etc, não devem ser incluídos num ‘manual’ de onboarding ao Near Protocol. Isso não quer dizer que não criem esses materiais para os membros da vossa DAO, mas não vejo o interesse para a comunidade mais abrangente. Não que esses temas não sejam interessantes, mas são complexos.

Li os materiais que já estão na google drive, e notei alguns erros pequenos, ou imprecisões. Não é fácil explicar as coisas sem cometer esses erros, eu próprio os iria cometer se não me preparasse bem. Mas, por isso, dou preferência aos materiais oficiais, já traduzidos pela Guilda Português. Acho que poderia ser útil para vocês falar com eles e reaproveitar os materiais já traduzidos: [PT] Bem-vindos a Guilda Português! / [EN] Welcome to the Portuguese Guild!

Acho também que um pdf de 40+ páginas é uma má ferramenta de onboarding. A maior parte das pessoas não vai querer ler algo tão extensivo. Seria incrível se vocês se focassem em pequenos manuais, super simples e fáceis de entender, para fazer a primeira fase de onboarding.

Por fim, penso que o valor pedido é demasiado alto. (O que decorre de eu achar que ter tanto trabalho não é eficaz).

I understand the difficulties you present, when trying to expand a community in a short time it can be a very tiring task. However, I have a few issues to point out:
in the list of topics to address, you mention financial advice. I strongly disagree that this should be an educational topic.
I also think that some of the other topics, such as social media, marketing, sales strategy, etc, should not be included in an onboarding ‘manual’ to Near Protocol. That’s not to say that you don’t create those materials for your DAO members, but I don’t see the interest for the broader community. Not that these topics are not interesting, but they are complex.
I have read the materials that are already on google drive, and noticed some small errors, or inaccuracies. It’s not easy to explain things without making those mistakes, I would make them myself if I didn’t prepare well. But for this reason I give preference to the official materials, already translated by the Portuguese Guild. I think it could be useful for you to talk to them and reuse the already translated materials: [PT] Bem-vindos a Guilda Português! / [EN] Welcome to the Portuguese Guild!
I also think that a 40+ page pdf is a bad onboarding tool. Most people will not want to read something that extensive. It would be awesome if you guys focused on short, super simple, easy to understand manuals to do the first phase of onboarding.
Finally, I think the asking price is too high. (Which stems from me thinking that having so much work is not effective).
