What We Aim to Do
The NEAR Ethiopia team strives to inform, help and grow the NEAR Protocol community within Ethiopia.
Goals
Organize workshops, talks and events as a way to explain NEAR.
Create a community of people locally who advocate for NEAR.
Have fun checking out the NEAR ecosystem with its NFTs, DeFi options and dApps.
Share content and information about NEAR on social media and at offline events in fun and original ways.
Highlights of the Program
Planning and learning through workshops
Host your university sessions and developer classes in many different locations.
Teach how blockchain works, what smart contracts accomplish and how someone can involves on NEAR.
Learning includes in-person and online ways.
Organizing events that take place without a digital link and reaching out to communities face-to-face We organize community group meetups, mini-hackathons and local events about cryptocurrencies. Try activities that involve nature such as hiking & art walks, to bring fun and knowledge to the young generation.

Amharic language videos will be available on NEAR tv
