[PROPOSAL] Metaverse interviews

Interview personality from NEAR Protocol

Benefit/justification

This project help the main objective of Metaverse DAO that is register at block-chain the history of NEAR Protocol by registering the people that form the ecosystem.

This project also help to create the content for the NEAR Metaverse Magazine.

All the results of this project will be minted on Mintbase, so will generate engage in the NEAR and

promote the DAOs of the ecosystem.

This project also put the NEAR members in the spotlight and help them to express themselves, generating promotion in the NEAR ecosystem, moving the NEAR economy and giving back money to the community

The project

This project consist in 4 interviews of NEAR Protocol members.

The people that will be interviewed need to correlate in some aspect the monthly theme of NEAR Metaverse Magazine.

This monthly theme is: Events in the physical world about Metaverse reality

Each interview consist in:

  • recording, editing and upload in the Metaverse DAO Youtube channel;

  • mint the interview in Metaverse DAO Mintbase store with the thumbnail as cover/content and the link to the video in YT in the description

  • transcript part of the content (2 pages) and put in the drive of Metaverse DAO;

  • send the url (YT and Mintbase) for NEAR Metaverse Magazine;

  • each interviewed person will receive 50USD to be asked in AstroDAO

Staff

We will open a hire/open-call post to find a long term interviewer for Metaverse DAO. The interviewer will record the interviews, edit the content of the video, transcribe part of the interview, mint them at Metaverse DAO Mintbase store and send all the links for NEAR Metaverse Magazine. Also, will set the report in the end of the month.

Budget

To pay the interviewer work - 300USD

To pay each interviewed person (4 x 50USD) - 200USD

Timeline

Week 1:

  • Contact people to interview

Week 2:

  • make interviews, edit content, transcribe part of the interview, upload them on Metaverse DAO Youtube channel; mint content in Mintbase; send links to the Magazine

Week 3:

  • make interviews, edit content, transcribe part of the interview, upload them on Metaverse DAO Youtube channel; mint content in Mintbase; send links to the Magazine

Week 4:

  • make interviews, edit content, transcribe part of the interview, upload them on Metaverse DAO Youtube channel; mint content in Mintbase; send links to the Magazine

  • Make the report of the project

Final products/metrics

  • 04 videos uploaded in the YT channel

  • 04 mints at Mintbase

  • 04 texts with part of the interview transcribed

Used Budget: 125 (the other 375 usd are in the treasure)

Project Accounting:

We couldn’t finish the project on time due some issues.
We tried to make a thematic set of interviews with people in the ecosystem that went to NEARCON.
The person that was responsible of this project (Wolfwood) tried day after day to reach and schedule the interview without success.
So, we change the theme and interview other ecosystem members:

Due this problem, no interview went to the magazine. The interview will be put in the next magazine number.

@wolfwoodShinji - interviewer 75 usd (1/4 of the payment for 1/4 of the job)(waiting payout request)

Learning
We learn that schedule interviews are very difficult. And put a theme in the interviews increase the difficulties.

Next Steps
We are wondering in select another interviewer with more contacts in NEAR ecosystem.
