[Proposal] Implementation of smart-contracts / writing tutorials on them

This post is payout/grant request for making tutorials for the NEAR Protocol ecosystem (especially for the thewiki.near (WEB3 Wikipedia on NEAR Protocol).

  1. Implementation of tic-tac-toe game and tutorial on it:
  2. Implementation of heads or tails game and tutorial on commit-reveal scheme.

Payment: 200 NEAR (100 NEAR for each tutorial)
