Proposal for the month and year: August 2022

DAOrecords Marketing Team

Objectives:

  • List item Conducting 1-on-1 meetings with all 12 Soundsplash drops to follow up with any unanswered questions or concerns, as well as help participants become DAOrecords members, collect their splash tokens. Most importantly to go over the participation survey to find out what worked and what was difficult for them.

  • List item Following these 1-on-1 meetings, I will be organizing the feedback, creating a document of recommended improvements and best practices and present it to Vandal and the team at DAOrecords for further discussion.

  • List item Drafting brand standards guide for DAOrecords including logo (horizontal and vertical and various colour applications), flyer templates and artist featured presentations.

  • List item Working closely with Lena on how to streamline the look and branding for the website, as reflected in the social media and promotions.

  • List item Working with the team to put together an outreach package and further development of visual guides and tools spearheaded by DAOrecords

  • List item Creating visuals and engagement opportunities in favour of DAOrecords upcoming fund raising efforts.

  • List item Attending MINTED conference in KL, Malaysia and hopeful NEARcon in Portugal to gain further education and perspective on developments and platforms for creatives in the space and how DAOrecords can outreach to more talents both as a record label and learning hub.

Summary:
August will be the month for me to re-cap with each of the artist to detail the pros and cons from Soundsplash toward a best practice guide for future Soundsplash events as well as DAOrecords events. The focus will be on the challenges of on-boarding and the follow up of how artists can continue participating and growing with NEAR and in the web3 space.
