Creating a successful hackathon is a multifaceted challenge. It requires careful planning, a clear understanding of the objectives and impeccable execution, which is why in this document we expose topics from how to select dates and venue, to how to take care of the details of mentors, judges and participation guides. The document has +30 attachments among documents, templates and examples that you are free to use to celebrate a similar event in your community. Take it, it’s yours.
