Opportunity hoarding

Hello! I appreciate NEAR a lot, been here for 7 mos now and I am happy how things turned out. I think I bought my $NEARs when it was only 1.5 USD.

However, I noticed that the opportunities isn’t being properly divided. I saw a lot of opportunity hoarders and mostly are Community Mods, they are everywhere. Is there anything we can do about it? Maybe we can limit the amount of opportunity to these mods to give way for others?

Please educate and enlighten me. In my eyes, these opportunity hoarders are against equality.
