OWS is conducting research related to talent acquisition in the NEAR ecosystem. For this purpose, we are inviting project leaders to collaborate with us.
OWS aims to identify talent search issues across the NEAR ecosystem. As the OWS is constantly working on improving its services in order to contribute to the whole ecosystem, we would love to hear the opinion of project leaders.
Design thinking is a non-linear, iterative process that teams use to understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions to prototype and test. We will apply our knowledge and data to provide smoother onboarding and recruitment flow.
