Hii team, wish to let y’all know that the funds arrived on Monday and already transferred to our AstroDAO.
We have scheduled the trip to Jos before 3rd of October while the event/launch of the new class will between 5th-9th of October according to our arrangement with the Shiny gloves club so we can have enough time for advert, rally and seminars before the event to ease the stress of wallet creations and basic understanding of what we are doing.
There’s an option by the director of Shiny gloves to use the class wall tv for the stream because of road trip inconveniences that might likely happen and for the fact that the event will hold from inside and out of the class so we agree to that but I’ll get the OPTOMA projector today for our future events or web3 education workshop and it will be secured in the C1 creative studio here, Reinhard who is the supervisor also advice we create awareness in the city through rally campaign before the event which is a great way to share the flyers and information on what NEAR is building on the space. Consider this an ongoing report in order to move forward with other project plans this September as I will edit to input advert materials, picture of projector and the NGO registration documents link we’ll upload to otoco.io also we have initiated a Weekly meeting ( Mondays ) to discuss further possibilities and build with the shiny gloves team.
The lawyer has given us feedbacks on the partnership agreement so we’ll feed him every details needed to work with after our next meeting or by weekend.
