Main target.

Allow video, image, text and context influencers to reach out NEAR protocol by creating content for products built on NEAR, reviews or event promotion. Stars Guild will give insights, topics and help with scenarios and administrate the whole workflow.

NEAR Protocol is one of the TOP rated blockchains, and is well known for it’s products of developers and friendly community.

To advertise NEAR products, news and events NEAR Stars Guild makes and ambassador project for international youtubers that can share their view, review or deep look into products for exchange in NEAR coins.

We will still continue to reach out top youtubers as guild, still we see this kind of creators program bit easier to maintain.

Who are we looking for?

NEAR Stars Guild is looking for:

  • Established influencers and rockies who just started to post quality content about crypto to their fans in video marketing
  • People that are great in design creation or memes
  • Those who know how to speak up by creating videos for NEAR Stars Guild youtube channel.
  • Ones who have mastered the writing form and want to share their +500 word articles about NEAR Dapps.
  • Online surfers who spend their time crawling trough crypto related content and see a perfect spot in comments or posts where to mention NEAR.
    We plan to onboard 100s of activists by the end of winter who would like to become our close long term partners in promotional support of NEAR protocol.

FOR YOUTUBERS:

Rules to participate:

  • Youtuber must have at least 100 average views per video, 100 subscribers and at least 5 videos in their portfolio.

  • Any chances to boost video with FAKE views will be discovered and users will be removed from the ambassador program.

  • User has to fill out a form using his name, email, social media accounts, providing us with his past work samples and describing his target audience for us.

  • When/if a youtuber gets accepted our team members will contact him for negotiations and plan out content script and further actions.

  • When a video is created, first it’s shared with the team and after approval it can be given to the public, must stay unlisted before admins approval.

  • When a video gets its average amount of views it’s reviewed once again by the team to see if there are any fakes, so additionally youtuber might get asked for some info in addition.

  • Put all the links in description about project (website and SMM), additionally add # of project name and #NEAR with #NEARProtocol

  • After everything is approved, youtuber submits his video to monthly review NEAR Forum post.

FOR VIDEO CREATORS

  • If your charismatic and good in montage, create a video for NEAR Stars Guild youtube channel Near Stars Guild - YouTube

  • Fill the form showing your past works. After approval we will contact you to give a bit training on how great reviews look and after it’s fully done we will submit it to our youtube channel and advertise it for you.

  • Make sure you can go deep into project contacting admins of it for fresh updates, making your own review with some beautiful montage or make an AMA call with admin with prepared questions.

  • Review video should be longer then 7 min and ama longer then 12 minutes.

FOR CONTENT WRITERS

  • Same work process as with video creation, only difference is that it will be posted on our Medium and be advertised for you.
  • Be good in English and know whats a blockchain.
  • No water in text, just facts and essentials.
  • Article must be about NEAR or any of it’s products on our list +500 words long with at least TWO pictures related to the topic and tags to NEAR Products community medium.
  • It will be submitted and advertised by our guild.

FOR DESIGN ARTISTS

  • Make your own investigation of any given NEAR Project or about NEAR in general. Gather facts, updates or worth mentionable milestones.
  • One image tells more then written text so create a logical and easy understandable infographics design.
  • For Meme creators, don’t be slappy and try to be funny.

FOR CONTEXTUAL ADVERTISERS

  • FInd a niche related post on Reddit, topic in crypto forum, article on blog and see which of NEAR projects can be recommended there for readers.

  • Post a URL of project (or NEAR in whole) in a related way as recommending an alternative to mentioned project in topic,

  • Post should have a started discussion in it before submitting recommendational text with a link to NEAR project.

  • It should not look spammy or any kind of suspicious.

Procedure on becoming NEAR Stars Guild creator:

  2. Wait a day or two for admins to review your application. They will connect you by provided email or Telegram account.

  3. Pick up your favourite topic about NEAR and admins will give you details for promo.

  4. Create a video, AMA or review, share it on your youtube channel or we will make it appear on Stars Guild channel, send us your designs and articles to be submitted on Twitter and Medium, collect your contextual advertising links and share them with us.

  5. Wait until video reaches it’s maximum view amount (on average one week) and contact your admin providing him with a link to your video, publication of video on your social media accounts and a screenshot showing video analytics and stats.

  6. Guild council will review video, images, text or context ad links, validate if it’s legit and approve or decline it. After approval your admin will send your bounty to your provided NEAR wallet.

Bounty for creative content:

Video on your own youtube channel reaching less than 500 views -100 USD
Video reaching +500 views - 200 USD

Video review or AMA created for Stars Guild - 50 USD

Well wrapped and designed infographic - 40 USD
Meme that is considered to be funny - 1 USD

Well researched topic and grammatically correct article +500 words - 35 USD

Targeted posted contextual ad with a clickable link to URL in related article or topic - 6 USD

Since we are creating this creators program from scratch, you are welcomed to ask any questions regarding about program, rules, processing or your wishes for Christmas or upcoming year of 2023. I might be your secret Santa and know how to make wishes come true.

Concept and idea is basically the same as OWS Sandbox did before, we just want to make it more simple. If you have any ideas or updates about this type of work processing, let me know.
I did mention that want to onboard 100s of new creators and know that our capacity maybe can take care of 10-15 new ones. Rest creators i would like to redirect to other guilds or NEAR dapps till the moment when i don’t know what to do with them and content might be created for 50k USD and at this point redirect them to NDC or find a community inside NEAR who can process those people and give them work.

For now on Novembers proposal we have written that filling of these tasks for now is on Stars Guild shoulders, tho, i don’t want the OGs to take all tasks and when processes are launched give +50% of available bounty funds for content creation to newcomers.
