Hope you’re getting along well taking into account the state of the market and everything else going on in the world right now. We’re sending much love and thoughts to everyone affected by the war in Ukraine. It’s impressive to see the amount of support in this ecosystem and how the NEARverse keeps on BUIDLing.
Here’s our progress in May.
Twitter updates
- NW is currently setting up 8 monthly Twitter Spaces that will cover the best of DeFi, gaming, NFTs, DAOs, state of the ecosystem and more. We’re in conversation with @sashahudzilin @rimberjack @Ozymandius and more on format and hosting.
- We have made our own Marketing Request form that we will soon share with the ecosystem. This will help us to assist many more projects and streamline the process.
General Updates
- Metaseed published their analysis of the NEAR Blockchain Twitter Community. NW was mentioned as the leading role among the major newsgroups.
- @JMaenen joined the team full time!
- Published NEARWEEK #54 - 59. Every edition is translated from English to Vietnamese and Chinese.
- Started publishing a Daily NEAR Newsletter.
- New website MVP gone live - Currently rebranding NW.
- Increased newsletter subscribers to +4100. Currently an average open rate of +27%.
- Received more than 400 news submissions (payout proposals) from May 1 - May 31, of which +200 made it to the newsletter.
- Current Telegram count is 1070 members.
- Went to the NFT Berlin conference presenting NEAR eco and supporting @frederikhansson and the SwaggerDAO
- Had development and feedback talks with Ozymandius, @bentien @Yessin ASAC @Sankore2.0 @jefedeoro MetaWeb Capital and AwesomeNEAR.
