OWS continues its contribution to the NEAR ecosystem. OWS helps growth and sustainability through training and onboarding new members.
I am happy to summarize the results of the first month of the mentorship program.
Together with the mentors, we held 14 events in the near hub where we discussed:
How to find your first project in the ecosystem
The differences between web2 and web3
Tips and tricks in each of the 5 fields
The events were attended by 30 people from which we selected mentees
Mentees got places in 6 projects.
According to the rules, mentees get from 30% to 70% of the award for the project, depending on the feedback. I would like to thank mentees for participating in the projects: 500 seasons - community management
