Hi Near Community, Im Steph, super exited to be part of this forum.
I am from Mexico City, but traveled around for the last 12 years, mostly learning about permaculture, art, community building and sustainability.
Also creating and hosting Red Tents and women spaces around the world.
I’ve known crypto for a couple years but now i’ve learned a lot more about blockchain and Web3 tools that i’m able to apply, on land, to a lot of diverse projects that i’m part of.
I collaborate with a couple initiatives, that are trying to get deeper in this digital empowering and grounding tools like:
-Regen Tulum: a project where we want to build an ecosystem for funding regenerative projects in Tulum, using NFTulum, to create community, support artist and rise funds, TulumCoin to get a local token in town that could work on restaurants, hotels, transportations and different services in the area and community, giving a 5 % of withdrawals to Regen Tulum for regenerative projects, helping the water systems, the trash manage, education, adoption of a regenerative economical system and a better tracking of the real ecological certifications on the businesses with a directory dApp.
-More women in crypto: is an initiative to approach more women into the crypto world, making DAOs, creating and supporting NFTs collections, hosting events an getting to change the DYOR (Do Your Own Research) to DRT (Do Research Together) we will help women to open wallets and try together to solve any doubt and support each other.
-Huerto roma verde, is a social laboratory in Mexico City that aims to be totally autonomous and it is, with no doubt, an inspirational project in the city as a communitary garden, workshops, markets, and many activities that engages a lot of people in the city into that special place that support and allows lots of projects to be seeded there.
We will onboard the HRV on the Near protocol and Web3, a lot of all that network on land that had being growing for many years, adding all the Web3 tools for the organisational, social and economical structure.
- NFTs: I have a huge artist community that i’m going to help make NFTs of their art, music, painting, cinema, video games, etc. We will use the different market places with interconnected collections that will help to expand every artist reach. Supporting regenerative and social projects while they get fairly funded.
I did the Analyst certify and looking to get the dev/entrepreneur also and connect with the Near Community to see what we can co-create.
