Hello, all! We wanted to introduce our NEAR Guild to the community. We’re still in the process of gathering members, so if you’d like to hop onboard, please let us know!
The purpose of the Hive NEAR Guild (HNG) is to bridge the Hive blockchain’s active community with the developing NEAR ecosystem. Hive has thousands of daily active users that can provide a pool of talent for potential NEAR developers, validators, and social media influencers.
The vision of HNG is to onboard our own set of validators and application developers that can help build out the NEAR ecosystem. We have several experienced validators working on setting up nodes for NEAR and application developers interested in adding their projects to the ecosystem, including a decentralized exchange, tokenization, and social app platform.
We plan to build out the ecosystem with the help of invested parties that can offer up staking incentives and other financial support, including blog reward incentives on the Hive blockchain. As the community grows on both chains, rewards can be maximized to compensate the Guild contributors, leading to better and quicker development and allowing for more investment into the NEAR ecosystem. We plan to eventually achieve a self-sustaining business model through our Guild investments and applications.
