Esta semana ha sido interesante, llena de conocimientos, como ingeniero en sistema y padre de tres hijos solo observo e imagino lo que viene y lo que está en pleno desarrollo para toda la sociedad, desde lo financiero hasta la forma y manera que se viene gestando para establecer relaciones interpersonales.
Una característica personal, son los retos que ocupan mi mente para emprender, de allí que salí desde hace aproximadamente 15 años de una relación laboral para dedicarme a generar negocios, pasando por la creación de un centro de comunicaciones en Puerto la Cruz “COMUNIKT”, en esta ciudad conocí a la que ahora es mi queridísima esposa, una arepera en Caracas “AREPIN”, una consultora “CTH Consultores”, la fábrica “PROSELIM” y aunado a ello profesor universitario, estas tres últimas en Carabobo lugar de residencia actual y desde hace 4 años me he adentrado al impresionante mundo de las criptomonedas.
De todos los proyectos que me he paseado, que he investigado, en algunos he tenido pérdida dinero, en otros ganado dinero, actualmente haciendo staking, trading en spot y futuros de BINANCE, entre otras, solo me queda es agradecer y acumular experiencia para seguir avanzando, pero me he anclado con NEAR, si me preguntarán ¿por qué NEAR? , más allá de lo técnico es que siento una energía en alta frecuencia, que me hace estar aquí, siento que ha llegado con facilidad, con tranquilidad para seguir construyendo y dando aporte a este ecosistema, de allí mi elección de continuar aquí y ahora.
Seguiremos avanzando… nada ni nadie nos detiene… propuestas nacerán y fluirán como el agua.

This week has been interesting, full of knowledge, as a system engineer and father of three children, I only observe and imagine what is coming and what is in full development for the whole society, from the financial to the form and manner that it has been developing. to establish interpersonal relationships.
A personal characteristic, are the challenges that occupy my mind to undertake, hence I left approximately 15 years ago of an employment relationship to dedicate myself to generating business, going through the creation of a communications center in Puerto la Cruz “COMUNIKT”, in this city I met the one who is now my dearest wife, an arepera in Caracas “AREPIN”, a consultant “CTH Consultores”, the factory “PROSELIM” and added to it university professor, these last three in Carabobo place of current residence and For 4 years I have entered the impressive world of cryptocurrencies.
Of all the projects that I have walked, that I have investigated, in some I have lost money, in others I have gained money, currently doing staking, spot trading and BINANCE futures, among others, I only have to thank and accumulate experience to continue moving forward, but I’ve stuck with NEAR, if you ask me why NEAR? , beyond the technical is that I feel a high frequency energy, which makes me be here, I feel that it has come easily, with peace of mind to continue building and contributing to this ecosystem, hence my choice to continue here and now.

I have more than 20 years of experience managing projects, Databases and software development, since 2021 with the encouragement of @andresdom Andrés Dominguez and Maria Eugenia Arevalo, I had the opportunity to participate in the NCD (https://gov.near.org /t/report-8th-near-hispano-ncd-bootcamp-for-participants/11121 ), at that time they offered a reward for the best project and accompanying Leiner Aponte we were awarded as the best project of that NCD.
At the moment I am participating in the DIR with the Elearning Artemis project. Thanks to the knowledge developed in the NCD, we have been able to form a team that implements a backend and a Frontend in order to comply with and apply what is required in the project: Connection to the Near wallet, smart contract under this protocol and development of the backend with rust.
I hope to continue acquiring knowledge and being a multiplier of the virtues, best practices and great benefits of web 3.0 supported by the Near protocol.

me gustaría realizar una propuesta detallada la cual podemos poner en practica en nuestra comunidad y otros proyectos nacidos de Near Venezuela.
como muchos sabrán una comunidad unida y solida el algo difícil de conseguir, quizás un trabajo arduo pero no imposible de realizar si se es constante y perseverante, por tanto si se lograse poner en marcha podríamos lograr nuestro objetivo en algunos meses pero ojo, esto no solo depende de una persona al contrario el ejemplo o la voluntad debe venir desde los lideres o grupo que organiza la comunidad para motivar a los integrantes nuevos y viejos.
En la comunidad se encuentran personas con iniciativa de ayudar y apoyar en cualquier actividad, esto a mi parecer es un punto muy bueno, del cual pueden salir futuros lideres, hasta nuevos proyectos prometedores que ayudaran en el futuro al Protocolo Near y nuestra comunidad.

- Crear un channel de Telegram
Quizás esto ya lo comente en anteriores documentos pero un channel de Telegram es fundamental para brindar la información a una comunidad debido que no se perderá la información a comparación del grupo, además que esto dará un toque mas de organización y que seamos sinceros hay personas que no les interesa pertenecer a un grupo pero si mantenerse informados por medio de un channel.
- Reactivar las redes sociales
Esto es algo fundamental es nuestro rostro hacia el mundo no veamos a Near Venezuela como una rama de Near Protocol veámoslo como algo propio como si fuera un hijo que queremos ver crecer y que le rogamos a la vida que nos de los años para poder tener esa dicha.
las redes deben mantenerse activas al menos un post diario, Twitter es una herramienta muy importante para el criptomundo saquémosle el mayor provecho.
- Informar
Tenemos increíbles proyectos con muy buen potencial pero solo lo conocemos algunos y otros tal vez ni saben de su existencia, y es aqui donde la opción uno y dos se fusionan, usemos estas herramientas para decirles al mundo “EPA” aquí estamos nosotros y te presento X proyecto, sus utilidades, beneficios, por que elegir ese proyecto etc. Claro que esta información debe ir de la mano con los desarrolladores de cada proyecto.
- Dinámicas
Esto es algo muy importante cuando se esta empezando una comunidad, podemos realizar algunas actividades como trivias, juegos competitivos, AMA con premios a la mejor pregunta, karaoke, etc, tanto Discord como Telegram puedes realizarlo en algunos casos de manera automatica por bots y otros manual.
Se puede obsequiar fracciones de monedas Near, sortear NFTs, hacer colaboraciones con otras comunidades y así incentivamos a nuestra comunidad.
- Educación
Por ultimo pero no menos importante seria la educación, con esto no quiero decir que los certificados no son bueno al contrario es algo muy importante que todos los miembros obtengan uno pero debemos ver el otro escenario personas que quizás por tiempo o por falta de interés no quieran realizarlos, pero podemos realizar voice chat en Telegram, space en Twitter, podcast en Discord, tocando algún tema no tan extenso pero si que aporte educación a nuestra comunidad.
Todos estos puntos considero que pueden hacer una diferencia a futuro para nuestra comunidad y con la ayuda de todos, ahora bien esto lo podemos realizar en su mayoría con pocos fondos o quizás con nada de fondos en algunos casos.
Uno de los fines es crear una comunidad unida, educada y activa, la cual como menciono al comienzo de este articulo no será una tarea fácil pero tampoco imposible.
Esto ultimo para finalizar me gustaría recalcar que estas actividades no necesariamente tienen que ser todos los días, pueden organizarse uno o dos veces por semana al menos las dinámicas, los temas informativos y redes trabajarían de la mano diariamente ya que ambos aportan al channel, el tema educativo puede realizarse cada 15 días tocando algunos temas importantes.

Hola NEAR Venezuela. Me llamo Gilberh Betancourt, tengo 19 años. Tengo 2 años de experiencia en este mundo crypto. Vivo en Venezuela, Estado Miranda.
No estoy estudiando actualmente, pero trabajo en lo que me gusta mucho, las cryptomonedas. Soy una persona que aprende muy rapido y me gusta mucho participar en todo lo que sea de crypto. No tengo experiencia en Marketing, ni diseño gráfico. Me entere de NEAR gracias a un evento que dieron cuando estaba en 2$ (hace un tiempo atrás). Me gusta lo rápida que es la red y lo segura que es.

Actualmente estoy dedicado 100% a las criptomonedas y soy muy constante en lo que hago. Tengo 4 años en el mundo cripto, me encanta participar en cualquier tipo de proyecto nuevo y hacerlo crecer.
Mi profesión antes de las criptomonedas fue de jardinero. Hace poco me enteré del proyecto NEAR por mi amigo @jblm. Gracias a eso, ahora pertenezco al equipo de promotores Free Horses, una incubadora de proyectos basada en NFTs.
Mis expectativas para un futuro son la descentralizacion del mundo criptográfico.

Hello everyone NEAR family
I am Yaneisia Hernandez, I am from Venezuela, I live in the city of Valencia, Carabobo State.
I am a Systems Engineer, I have higher studies in Information Management, and Master in Education, I am also a University Professor in the area of Computer Science at the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
I have worked with some design programs for social networks and my skills may include marketing.
I am Crypto enthusiast, and I would say rather passionate about the cryptographic world of its technology, and what it will bring for the future, the web 3.0, the metaverse, NFTs and everything that surrounds it, as well as the issue of decentralization. With respect to cryptocurrencies, I describe myself as a holder and investor, I am also a trader and by the way I love it, of course a long way to go, but I decided that this world would be the new stage of my professional and personal life.
From the above, I came to Near Venezuela, learning about it through Instagram, reading a post, I wrote to them and when they answered me, I was already enrolling in NCA, I considered the opportunity to learn about the crypto world and not only the fundamental and technical information of a cryptocurrency, but its technology and ecosystem, today it is much more than I imagined.
As for its ecosystem it is decentralized, focused on building a Web 3.0, with proof of participation PoS, with fragmentation and Smart Contract capabilities for the DApps that will make up its ecosystem.
What strikes me about Near?, the opportunities it gives to the community and to all those people or groups that have fruitful, open projects that make things easier for the owners of their token the $Near, in addition to its growth and expansion in such a short time and of course its commitment to the environment. An example of them is the Free Horses project of which I am part, and which was launched a few months ago with the idea of projecting their NFTs with utility and other projects in the future.
As an idea, I would like to develop a project on a platform to teach classes using blockchain and metaverse, and teach NearProtocol technology.

Hello my name is Neptali Perdomo, Venezuelan. I am currently 45 years old.
I live in Distrito Capital (Caracas), I have 3 years of experience in the cryptoworld, especially on the Binance platform, performing staking, spot and futures trading, and adding some liquidity to the pools, in addition to handling different DeFi protocols.
Professionally, I work in advertising and marketing, then I learned about the NEAR protocol project and I think it was what I needed to continue learning much more about blockchain technology, making my first certification in blockchain with the NCA certification.
I am currently starting in the NFT Free Horses project promotion group and learning much more about all the NEAR Protocol tools and I find myself supporting the NEAR Venezuela community in the social networks of Telegram, Twitter and Discord.

I have worked as an administrator in service manufacturing companies and also in financial companies such as exchange houses. I am currently working in a public company.
I am an enthusiast of cryptocurrencies, I have participated in small cryptocurrency projects in Venezuela, some good, others not so good. I follow cryptocurrencies since 2017
I started following a cryptocurrency since 2017 but little by little it was taking over from the market capitalization and lowering its position, but that’s how I met bitcoin and made a small purchase to see its evolution and that led me to be able to buy one later mining machine and I became more excited about the world of cryptocurrencies and their fabulous technology, which is what most caught my attention.
I met the Near community through social networks, where I was investigating that they have many education programs and courses where you can evolve towards the web 3 where I think the world is currently going.
I started and finished the NCA course, which seemed very good to me especially because it deals with basic issues, but I hope to continue advancing to another level and keep learning more about all the technology and advances every day. Additionally you can also your projects or ventures based on this Blockchain technology.
I am currently as a rookie promoter of Freehorses doing promotions of all Near Protocol products, and the crypto world.
What I like about Near Protocol is its wide community where they can help you and it serves as leverage for you to carry out future projects.
