The NxM Harmony
I am larry and would like to propose an event that will constantly onboard up to 100 new members into the near verse within 2 months.
I currently reside in the Ajuwon area close to the borders of Lagos State, Nigeria; an area predominant with young people with very creative minds, unfortunately, these young lads do not have the needed incentive or enabling environment to showcase their musical talents, and that is what the NxM harmony has come to solve.
I chose the term “Harmony” because it reminds me of words like accord, concord, cooperation, like-mindedness, and unanimity which fit into the values that we hold in this community. I strongly believe the approval and actualization of this project will be the start of a new Era in the NxM guild.
The NxM harmony will be a monthly event. This event will run start with 2 segments
⦁ Discussions, lessons, and walkthrough guide of the Near Governance forum; where new members who have difficulty navigating websites are enlightened
⦁ Live Musical Presentation from creatives; a time where we unwind by listening to and enjoying musical works from creatives
I will not be working alone on this project. I will be working with a team of members from our community who are interested in supporting this event.
The team would work on the recruitment and training of volunteers and organizing the event
To serve as an incentive, NEAR tokens would be given to
⦁ 10 new members through a Raffle draw. (1N each)
⦁ Performing artists, instrumentalists, and other involved creatives will also be incentivized with Near token
Subsequent payments for services acquired from third parties would be in NEAR tokens (on the condition that such services will be required regularly)

⦁ Raffle draw winners: $150 (to be distributed evenly in NEAR tokens. At the time of submitting this proposal 10N≈ $12.23 USD . As the value of NEAR keeps changing/fluctuating I used an estimate of $150 )
⦁ Performing creatives/artistes: $100 (to be distributed evenly in NEAR tokens)
