Most of us probably know that ETH Milan’s is going to happen this October 5 to 6 at Palazzo Della Stelline, Milano. If you wish to represent your community in this massive event, continue reading! 
The application to cover the flight tickets for the event is now open and will end on July 20. It doesn’t matter if it’s not your DAOs turn to submit the proposal yet, but the important thing is to know the flight cost (wherever you are coming from) and be prepared for the VISA application in case you need it to travel. The earlier, the better. The maximum amount that can be requested from your community funding is $2000 to cover 2 people, $1000 per head.

FAQs
What if I don’t belong to any DAOs? Am I still allowed to submit proposals?
Yes! Individual contributors and active participants of Creatives DAO can apply as well. Just follow the format stated above and we’ll work this out
My flight ticket cost more than $1000, what should I do?
Due to limited capacity, we don’t have the bandwidth to cover the full amount. $1000 per head is the maximum we can do, so it is important to book the flight tickets early in order to grab the best deal. Despite booking early, the allocated amount is not sufficient, you need to cover the remaining.
Will there be accommodations for us?
We are eyeing to do something crazy about this, we’ll finalize as we move forward
If $2000 is allowed to be asked for by each community for 2 heads, is it possible to maximize $2000 for 1 head?
Unfortunately, no. We are strict with $1000 per head and if there’s only 1 representative from a community, that also means $1000 will be allocated.
$1000 per head is the max, if the flight ticket cost less than $1000, is it possible to keep the remaining to be used as allowance?
The community representative will shoulder their own allowance. If tickets cost less, the remainder will remain in the DAO balance to be used in other line items/initiatives.
I need an invitation letter to gain advantage on securing the VISA, can the team provide it?
