Dear Friends,

I am The Philosopher. I am an entrepreneur on metaverse, and I have many lands available for monthly rent, in case a DAO wants it.

My intention is to give to the DAOs the possibility of having their own metaverse headquarters in a safe way, by renting from a trustful member of the community.

I ask for 500 usd in near or dai per month for most of my Cryptovoxels parcels, and I ask 250 usd in near or dai per month for each of my Substrata parcels

Check with us our team of builders, in case you want a specific project. Building is an additional cost. Some of the parcels have buildings already that you can use; others are empty, so you can build yourself or ask for professional help.

Isso varia, de acordo com o preço do near, @MartaMonteiro. Quando o near estå 10 usd, então 500 usd em near seriam 50 near. Se o near estiver 20 usd, isso equivaleria a 25 near. Então depende.

“500 USD in NEAR” significa que Ă© a quantidade de tokens NEAR equivalente a 500 dĂłlares. Mas eu aceito outros tokens tambĂ©m, nessa mesma equivalĂȘncia com os 500 dĂłlares. Caso vc se interesse em um terreno pra vocĂȘ e seus projetos, conversa comigo.

Dear Community, I am not interested anymore in monthly renting my lands for DAOs. I appreciate the opportunity we had here and I thank you all, but I removed all my lands for renting, and I am letting 2 daos use my land for free this month, if they want, in order for them to have their activities. One of these DAOs I will continue to let them use the building for the next months, in case it wants it. For both DAOs, I gave the JSON file from the building. The building was made with funds from the DAO, so the DAO must have that file, in case it wants to build it again in another parcel with compatible size. Kind regards.
