Weekly Report 10/03 - 10/17
We are currently stabilizing, since last month we had the biggest results so far.
REDDIT main tasks which were covered:
- Interact with various posts that members liked and engaged with.
- Worked together with Reddit ops
- Daily Managed the Moderation Queue
- managed support thread
As already mentioned, September was our biggest month so far, we can see a decrease in overall page views and interaction, but this is quite normal since we are currently stabilizing because of the huge increase in September, with that being said though since we are still mid-October we can expect an increase to around 30k monthly page views and that would make October our second-highest month so far.
Well, as monthly average views decreased also new members slightly decreased as well but mostly it’s due to the fact that it has been a weird month, while BTC was raising ALTCoins kept falling and that created less momentum.November and December are expected to be our best months also due to the new entries and new communities that are being created.

To be finished soon & implemented:
New Reddit changes
- Implement a new Support Thread with the most frequent questions, and handle more serious inquiries via private messages or by forwarding them to zendesk ticket support.
- Create new flairs to prevent spam and create more filtered discussions, such as “price predictions”, “memes”, “creatives”, “news” and maybe a monthly flair for entries for a specific contest with a reward that could generate more engagement
- Create a pinned thread with rules and frequent questions to avoid spammers and various posts ending in the mod queue.
- TBD when… implement various mod and reward bots
─
Ideas for new entries
- Monitor new entries and their application - excel file
- Create an onboarding presentation for different departments new agents have to enter.
- for mods only showcase to the main tasks that should be covered and implement the Mods workflow.
- Track their first month via reports and the daily form that must be completed by all.

NEW PROJECT - NEAR ITALIA
- Giuseppe already created our official IG account: @nearitalia, which we are still testing for an official launch and working on a design/color scheme to implement in all the various social media channels.
- Also he’s having a few meetings with different community representants this week that will help us launch the project.
- Planning a launch/reward campaign to create more engagement and entries
- Starting to send emails to various blogs and medium.com writers.
We prefer not to go for influencers at the moment since it can be risky for the brand.
Goals
- Unite our community by making sure to engage with supporters & community members.
- Being able to provide high-quality support to our members.
- Control and reduce scammers & bad actors that create friction within our main communication channels.
- Keep growing and create smaller communities based on language, region, and time zone.
