About ARCHIVERSE:
ARCHIVERSE is a 3D Architectural competition held by Metarchitect DAO. This competition adopts a Sci-Fi Post-apocalyptic that occurs due to climate change and radiation after a nuclear war.
ARCHIVERSE event plots:
- Webinar
- Bring discussion about the architects’ opportunity to venture into Web3, for example, through NFT creation via 3D designs. This event is conducted in a panel discussion format where speakers from multidisciplinary backgrounds will present their topics, including architecture, Web3, Biotechnology, and many more, to build a decentralized civilization in a sovereign way.
- Competition
- Architectural NFT competition creation embedded with a biotechnology theme, designing hospitable places given the post-apocalyptic carnage. Eventually creating a decentralized civilization in a new world order.
- Exhibition
- An international virtual exhibition of the chosen Archiverse participants (finalists and winners) powered by Nestercity and Metarchitect DAO.
Purpose of ARCHIVERSE:
- To create high-quality architectural works that provide benefits for Web2 and Web3 ecosystems by utilizing the presence of multidisciplinary knowledge of earth’s ecosystem
- To develop an architects generation that is aware of technological development
- To trigger analytical and innovative skills related to surrounding problems and provide solutions to the current crises on the planet earth.
Participant Requirements (Competition)
- Participants are of an individual or a group with a maximum of three members (There must be at least one architect in the group)
- Participants are open to active undergraduate students (bachelor, post-graduate, and Ph.D.), fresh graduates, and professional architects.
General Requirements (Competition)
- Each participant will get a Mint scholarship from the committee to mint NFTs. The participant should create a Near Wallet to claim scholarship and attach the wallet address to the registration form (Link: How to claim a Mint Scholarship). To create, the committee can also provide support.
- Design ideas and concepts are the participant’s original work and have never been contested or published and minted on Web3 (proven by uploading a form of originality in the formal provided by the committee) (Link: Commitment of the original work form)
- The minted work NFT Poster will become the participant’s property. The participant can trade in Paras.id marketplace.
- The submitted work Poster Story will become the committee’s property. The committee has the right to use the work for publication in any form
- The copyright of the work remains the property of the participants
- The committee is not responsible for any legal actions that arise from the work of the contested participant’s participation in this competition
- The committee does not serve questions or correspondence other than subjects regarding the provisions of the competition;
- The committee has the right to disqualify participants who commit fraud, such as registering with false identity data
- The committee has the right to disqualify participants’ teams that do not fulfill the requirements
- Judging is carried out in two stages
- The jury’s decision is final and cannot be contested
- Every participant has an opportunity to join the biggest international Architectural NFT in Metaverse.
- No maximum of submission. A total of 2 or 3 posters can be allowed just to ensure that the design is minted in the same collection. (Link: How to mint in the collection)
