This is a proposal from NDC Degens for January, sent to NDC. This proposal will be short, as we understand the abundance of information that consuls face and will try to present the information as concisely as possible, telling about our plans for January.
First of all, I want to thank all the consuls who supported us in the NDC 0.5 version and approved funding for December. In January, we want to fulfill some of the plans that were created at the time of the founding of the NDC Degen (Degen DAO).

**The remuneration (applicants) can be changed depending on the work performed based on the January report. The data is provided if all members of the main NDC Degens team achieve TLS 1.
Funding Procedures:
NDC Degens focuses on the personal performance of each member. At the moment, each member of NDC Degens is working on increasing TLS, which will be assigned to him at the end of January. Based on the results of TLS, a DP (Degen Point) will be assigned to each of the participants, who will determine the amount of remuneration.
KYC/KYB
Each NDC Degens member undertakes to pass KYC in accordance with the NDC/Near policy.
Our plans January 2024.
We are pleased to announce our intention to increase our team, as well as finally launch Public Degens. We have worked closely to approach this moment in the best possible way.
At the moment we have 8 members of the main team, as well as 2 consuls. We almost achieved 1 million impressions in December, and 80% of our team received 1 TLS for the second month in a row (more details: TLS link).
We are ready to explode and start moving on!
Degens Main Team January Plan
We plan to expand the team from 10 to 14 people. According to our prediction, this will increase our statistics by 50% in the first month of operation.
We announced the recruitment of the NDC Degens main group on our Twitter:
This caused the effect of an exploding bomb. We received more than 70 new applications per day from professional content creators and shillers. We have candidates who create over 400k impressions on twitter, which is comparable to medium-sized influencers.
We are very pleased that the NDC Degens initiative attracts such professionals!

Now TLS1 will be more difficult to achieve, which will increase the performance and improve the quality of the created content. Considering the new participants, we plan to increase the final statistics for the month by 40%.
Public Degens
10.01.2024 15.01.2024 we are launching our Public Degens campaign aimed at the community.
Public Degens it will include: video contest, articles, threads, memes, reddit, infographics.
In the future, we plan to expand this list for new developers with the “Introducing BOS” challenge, which will be based on the official Near Protocol documentation.
We created a Smart Contract that will track which users interacted with Public Degens, so we can analyze the main audience.

Thus, we intend to involve both new participants and those who have been in the ecosystem for a long time into the Near Protocol ecosystem. We allow each participant to show their skills.
NDC Degens is one of the few initiatives that allows ecosystem users to actually participate in spreading the word about NEAR and be rewarded.
This is just the first step towards what NDC Degens could eventually become. We intend to create a full-fledged marketing hub that will ensure the growth of the ecosystem, as well as support each project!
