[Approved] November 2021 NEAR stars guild - Budget request for Team Hidden Gem (repost)

On behalf of @Zhunda , I write this proposal about the budget request for Team Hidden Gem which belongs to NEAR Stars Guild.

In brief, Team Hidden Gem is one of the top KOL, Marketing organizations in the Vietnam Crypto market with a high traffic channel and big community.

Last October, after receiving the budget, Team already finished 4 videos and more than 2 articles as a deal.

I request a budget for the November videos and articles: 300N
and 50N for @holuongduc to contact and work with Team Hidden Gem.

Thank you @holuongduc @Zhunda for all the great work.

We would like to see more of the marketing support you are doing for the projects in the ecosystem. With that in mind, we would like to add and very important step prior to requesting payouts.

For any video, blog, marketing campaign you drive on behalf of another project, we would like for you to get feedback from that project and add it here to your proposal. This feedback could be as simple as a 2 question survey for which we will provide a link or a quote from the team.
It is important we all know we are creating value for the ecosystem and that is being recognised as such.

As we are paving the way to create self-sustained Guilds, this will be the first step in a multi-step approach to full autonomy, mastery and purpose.

Hey Grace, we are on road to become self-sustained, just for now can’t lead each process, that’s why will create a separate DAO so it would be easy to manage by all guild mambers, see what proposals we got and are voting.

This is one where members get noticed how proposals work, so later individualy they know how to submit those. Best learning on practice.

It’s not a survey we’ve developed, that’s just a suggestion in regards to how you might get feedback from the projects you’ve supported

No hard requirement that it’s a survey though, the format isn’t too important.
