MarmaJ is all about supporting the community, with guides or in a creative way. Therefore we are planning on working with OWS (https://www.openwebsandbox.org/) to create even more useful guides. The DAO will also work with 3xr (https://www.3xr.space/), as it will buy curated galleries to support the creative community. Funds received will be converted into $marmaj tokens (https://marmaj.org/marmaj/) to then be distributed.

Projects

Discord link for the Crypto Heroes raid parties; everyone is can join and participate 1500 USD

  • 3xr gallery: creating a guide on how to create a 3xr gallery which can be proposed to be minted in the marmaj DAO/ lestbbcreativ store & buying curated 3xr galleries from the community; aiming for around 30 submissions 2000 USD
  • Continuation of the short story contest with the remaining funds from March

Facilitation/ Management 1500 USD (split by tasks done)

  • Short story contest @AshleyC (submissions, editing, publishing, creative bounties)
  • Community facilitation @tabear (budget, reports, creative bounties, guides)

Anything else the Creatives DAO Council should know?

MMJ is planning on working together with OWS to create more useful guides for the community as well as talking to TENK to release a ā€œMarmaJ Muttsā€ NFT collection.
MMJ will also send a proposal to the Marketing DAO, possibly in April or May.

@tabear can you clarify what the 1500 USD for Crypto Heroes will be used for?

We will have a report out for the end of this month, but currently itā€™s 1.19 marmaj/raid member/week and there are a max of 3 raid parties per week (easy, medium, hard). (1.69 if the team comes first in the difficulty level)

Thereā€™s also a 10 marmaj/week bounty for discord server management.

Max marmaj spend is ~200/mo or around 2500/mo

On average, the marmaj DAO distributes ~30 marmaj/week (120/mo or $1440/mo) in rewards because we generally donā€™t come first and we only run 2/3 difficulties.
