SEPTEMBER FUND REQUEST - CREATIVES DAO

Project Name: CUDO DAO

CUDO DAO - IMMIGRANT AUDIOVISUAL, made by Immigrants and designed to welcome immigrant professionals.

CUDO DAO is an Audiovisual Factory created to be a platform for immigrants to express themselves and their art. Besides that, we want to be a support to help other DAO’s to turn their projects into videos. We are a DAO focused on audiovisual made by Brazilian immigrants living in Portugal and thought to welcome and produce audiovisual for immigrants and natives from all over the world…

Funding Period: September

Updated Project Timeline:

  • We are posting the photos from the Postal project daily on our Instagram page and all 30 photos from our August call are already in our mintbase.
  • This project has given us the opportunity to increase our Council, with @thiago.7hc as of now being our focal point of photo projects.
  • We are posting on the Vertebra Instagram page, also daily, the artwork of the guest artists in our August call. 50% are already on our mintbase, including, with 14 sales so far.
  • We are working with Incubadora DAO on editing the Poliedro videos for a social media version.
  • We will be working on filming the “Cabeça na Lua” event in partnership with Muti DAO.

In order to carry out the actions we planned for this DAO and achieve the goals proposed in the roadmap for September, we request funding for the following activities:

Council Matters:

  • Council work 250 USD * 4 = 1000 USD
    Sub-total = 1000 USD

Social Media and Visual identity:

  • Management Instagram pages and YouTube Channels = 200 USD

This is a work that @talitafflima is already doing and we are already reaching interesting numbers with followers and views. Our goal is to reach 1000 followers on instagram in the next 3 months and 200 subscribers on our YouTube channels. For this, we need a social media work that is already being done.

  • Bounty for someone to create and manage our Twitter = 100 USD

The creation of a twitter for our DAO is something that will be put into practice right away, so that we can better connect with other DAO’s and expand our community even more. To find a person to manage this twitter we will open a Bounty for the community.

Specific projects:

Postal

  • Fund for a designer to create the visual identity of “Postal” = 140 USD
  • Fund to pay the bounty of the 3 new photographers who’ll illustrate the photos that will be published throughout the month of October. Bounty 1 photo/NFT per day (30 days): 17 = 510 USD.
  • Fund to manage the uploads on our Mintbase = 35 USD
  • Fund of Airdrop to do the onboarding of the audience (2 USD per Wallet) = 100 USD

Sub-total = 785 USD

Vértebra

  • Fund for a designer to create the visual identity of “Vértebra” = 140 USD
  • Fund to pay the bounty of the 3 new designers / illustrators / tattoo artists who’ll illustrate the photos that will be published throughout the month of October. Reward 1 artwork/NFT per day: 17 = 510 USD…
  • Fund to manage the uploads on our Mintbase = 35 USD

Sub-total = 685 USD

Algo me Diz:

  • Fund for a designer to create the visual identity of “Algo me Diz” = 140 USD
  • Fund to Production & editing of our new 4 videos that’ll be published throughout the month of October = 160 USD
  • Fund to pay the Bounty for the new writer = 80 USD
  • Transcription and translation for EN = 30 USD

Sub-total = 410 USD

  • Fund to Production & editing of our new 4 videos that’ll be published on 29th September on our YouTube Channel and our Mintbase = 250 USD
  • Transcription and translation for EN = 90 USD
  • Fund to buy a tripod, ND filter and Memory Card = 100 USD
  • wallets creation + fees for interviewees (20 USDx5) = 100 USD

Sub-total = 540 USD

Cabeça na Lua

After talking with Muti Dao about “Cabeça na Lua”, we made a budget to cover this event. To pay for CUDO DAO’s production costs at this event, we discussed the possibility of participating with our own funds 1/3 of the amount(we are still discussing with VR DAO and MUTI to approve this). If it is not approved, we would keep the amount on hand for future projects.

Budget to production: 900 USD

Fund asked: 300 USD

The proposal has now been [APPROVED]. Please feel free to submit a payout proposal to the Creatives DAO for 450 N (the current price of NEAR is 9.22)
