For the month of October, C1 will continue to engage with the community through seminars, events, active community outreach, social media, community calls, and the creation of NFTs. We will push to get the community more active with the offering of bounties and rewards for ideations, outreach, referrals and wallet creations.

Toronto Live Event and NFT Creation

This will be a small exclusive event for the in person attendees due to covid capacity limitations, however it will be a useful event due to the studios reputation and artist network. We will be having virtual attendees to increase the reach of the event.

Neighbor Outreach Campaign

For August, we reached out to two main Universities in Lagos state. The University of Lagos, and the Lagos State University. We’re delighted to have welcomed a number of 93 more through august; making a total number of 145 actives! which we’ve successfully minted some contents of most of the newly joined creatives into the community in the C1 mintbase store.

Bounties and rewards

We have set aside a portion of the budget to award members for small contributions to C1. A few examples are:
I wish to organize a C1 Hip Hop Cipher, consisting of artist not currently part of the guild. Starting with local artist from here in Ontario, Canada, depending upon it’s success, it is something that could become a recurring thing and grow to be international. We can offer contributing artists a wallet with a near token as a sign of appreciation and method of onboarding them into the C1 guild, which also benefits the currency by having more people invested. I and my team intend to organize a social event which is incorporated with peagentary and talent hunt, performance from recording artistes and one of the hottest DJs in Lagos state university will be live, slated for 23rd of this month. The event will have over three hundred (300) students in attendance. While eventually a good number of them will be onboarding because a big segment of the programme will be dedicated to talk about C1 guild, minting of contents and NFTs.

So I would like to make a proposal to onboard at least 100 to 200 people on to the community, I have already started collecting contacts from northern and eastern Nigeria where I know lots of show presenters, artists and content creators, I plan to make a listening party inviting all these people, creating a whatsapp or telegram group where they’ will all be on boarded to the C1 community. Yeah @sterryo I can’t wait to get myself these samples. I’ll approve the ideation and look forward to the next content push. But I agree with @Dedeukwu that this next month should be a focus on marketing the content that we have in the mintbase store.

Dedeukwu and JCB will make sure the projects are moving forward this month and continue to engage on social platforms, community calls, and seminars. We have decided to take over the graphics for the events and also include website updates in this budget. We look forward to building C1 further this month, and really offering the community rewards for participation, while exploring other verticals for marketing to take C1 to the next level.
