Engagers Tiers & Hierarchy

Note: before becoming an Engager you must go through the trial process which is a free phase to prove you’re capable of moving to the Main phase.

The trail phase is a test phase to prove worthy to start the Novice level but it’s free for the trail phase (may or may not have a gift or incentive) while the Novice is a paid level.

Novice: These are Members dedicated to start the journey of promoting and creating awareness about NDC and Near related topics by choosing a bounty from the “Engager bounty chart”.

Responsibility & information about Novice

  • Must Earn a verified badge after the test phase
  • Max of 100$ for all bounty in a month
  • Choose bounties from a Novice bounty chart
  • Read all documents and understand the Freelancer DAO
  • Novice that doesn’t meet up the Criteria to level up would have to appeal for another month trails by using the “construction feedback”

Criteria To level up

  • Intuitive and well constructed quote post by a novice
  • Meet up 5k Impressions on twitter in a month
  • Been active on our socials
  • Original contents and proper use of mandatory hashtags
  • Earn SBT to prove you’re human (Proof of Human)
  • Joining weekly calls

Lancer: These are Novice who have proven to meet up the Criteria to level up within a period of 1 month and have shown traction to do tasks to promote near in a constructive way.

Responsibility & information about Lancer

  • Should have proper understanding and bearings with near DApps
  • Max of 200$ for all bounty in a month
  • Choose bounties from the “Lancer” bounty chart.
  • Guide Novice on how to carry out task, report and proposals
  • Help and direct New Members in the Ecosystem to create wallet and interact with DApps

Criteria To level up

  • Well Constructive contents, properly used tags and mentions
  • Meet 10k Impressions on twitter in a month
  • Being active on NDC channels and Freelancers channel
  • Completed 3 months of being a Lancer.
  • Proof of Knowledge about NDC/Near (NDC certificate, Near Certificate)
  • Getting good score using the marking scheme

FDao Ambassador: These are ambassadors for the “Freelancer DAO” who have good experience in the Near Ecosystem and have completed 3 months of being a Lancer.

They’re known to have Experience on contents and representing Near/NDC on Occasional Event like (MetaVerse , Twitter space , Zoom Call etc)

Responsibility & Information about FDao Ambassadors

  • Representing Near or NDC by providing learning materials or Rep the DAO on MetaVerse, Twitter space, Google meet and other podium for Communication and Education.
  • Post About NDC and related project on Near Social
  • Can do both Lancer and FDao bounty
  • Voting rights on chain
  • Can Earn Max of 300$ in a month

Criteria to level up

This is the highest level of hierarchy for the engagers and has no criterion to level up but Members on this level can be dismissed,if they don’t meet up 4 score in a month using the marking scheme.

But the FDAO Ambassador must maintain 15k impressions, good content, must have 70% attendance on our weekly call, and represent the community by showing dedication and commitment to the project.

Whatever task you’re engaged on the bounty price are listed below and it’s best to know your level before carrying out bounties.
