I. Planning I planned and executed the agenda for all 5 Globe DAO team meetings, leading to effective discussions and decision-making, with key points as follows:

Each council member plz check the PIC report section, discuss with each other, and decide the community payment.

May 2-7: Regional Communities can submit proposal on Forum, based on Globe DAO KPIs (NEAR Globe Community Charter - Google Docs).
May 8-12: Councils will review proposals.
May 13-14: Final budget will be submitted by Globe DAO to HoM on Forum.

- We need some guides for newbies to apply + Similar welcoming msgs. (Telegram) in TG, maybe one channel on Telegram for newcomers, and pinned post “How to apply” on X

II. Work closely with 3 communities NEAR VN, NEAR ES, and NEAR Brazil, and help them achieve 90% - 100% of KPI in April, also in the proper format:

Coop with NEAR Vietnam DAO NEAR Vietnam DAO to bring a new project named MEDOO to build on NEAR and apply through BD program, with 3 key strengths:

They come from a web2 coding company, professional in education tech, and provide many white-label products for government learning programs, English E-learning program, and teacher training programs based on the request of the Ministry of Education and Training.

They got featured on Vietnam’s national television and have a broad connection with the education ecosystem in Vietnam

They have MVP and user base in Vietnam, with the backer is Remitano (one of top local CEX) which can reach up to 15M users of CEX and bring it to NEAR through the MEDOO platform.
