Greetings everyone,

I am pleased to announce that during the April/ May period, I accomplished the following tasks:

I. Planning I planned and executed the agenda for all 5 Globe DAO team meetings, leading to effective discussions and decision-making, with key points as follows:

  • 12/04/24

    1 Release payments for April now.
    Decide on Arab, Toronto

    2 Finalize the March reports in Friday’s meeting:
    Each council member plz check the PIC report section, discuss with each other, and decide the community payment.
    If anything is controversial, we discuss it in the meeting.

    3 Finalize May proposals:
    Remind people of tier D & E bonus explanation

    Council comment
    •Regarding SMM professionalism (posting all updates on socials, make it easy for outsiders to interact easily). Will create another structure for Social Media & will do everything there strategically.

    • We have revised the Budget, reduce council remuneration: Our Total Budget for May would be $47,540 and we are taking $14,000 as councils remuneration (it’s around 29.4% of the total budget)

    Apply for June proposal
    :arrow_right: May 2-7: Regional Communities can submit proposal on Forum, based on Globe DAO KPIs (NEAR Globe Community Charter - Google Docs).
    :arrow_right: May 8-12: Councils will review proposals.
    :arrow_right: May 13-14: Final budget will be submitted by Globe DAO to HoM on Forum.

    1. Social media guideline to improve the Glove DAO activeness:
      1.1 Active 1 -2 posts per day
      Major Near news
      Try to find new games or big news (hot, delta trade) - for ex Degens DAO games or referral
      Or regional activities (events, partnerships) to share it with the community

    1.2 Guide to apply for globe dao:

    • We need some guides for newbies to apply + Similar welcoming msgs. (Telegram) in TG, maybe one channel on Telegram for newcomers, and pinned post “How to apply” on X
    • Pin the post “how to apply” for Globe DAO in X
      Step 1: Fill Google form - Step 2: Post the proposal on forum - Step 3: Book a call with council
    • Announce new community joined, and stop old communities

    1. Financial report:
      Ready at the 8th day each month for calculate the fund for report and proposals.
      Update with link and make sure it correct.

    2. Performance report:
      Follow up all globe dao activities.

II. Work closely with 3 communities NEAR VN, NEAR ES, and NEAR Brazil, and help them achieve 90% - 100% of KPI in April, also in the proper format:

III. BD jobs:

Coop with NEAR Vietnam DAO NEAR Vietnam DAO to bring a new project named MEDOO to build on NEAR and apply through BD program, with 3 key strengths:

  1. They come from a web2 coding company, professional in education tech, and provide many white-label products for government learning programs, English E-learning program, and teacher training programs based on the request of the Ministry of Education and Training.

  2. They got featured on Vietnam’s national television and have a broad connection with the education ecosystem in Vietnam

  3. They have MVP and user base in Vietnam, with the backer is Remitano (one of top local CEX) which can reach up to 15M users of CEX and bring it to NEAR through the MEDOO platform.
