Greetings,

I’m happy to share my work report work during April/May.

  1. Meeting Attendance : Attended all 5 meetings with 100% attendance record, encompassing team gatherings and consultations with the House of Merit. Meetings typically lasted between 1-2 hours.

  2. Assigned additional tasks to team and community leads. Actively participated in daily discussions with Globe DAO Councils regarding strategies and planning.

    • Keeping track of all the DAO expenses.

    • Reviewed Near Korea, Near Toronto Reports closely.

    • Currently, working on Transition of Globe DAO & planning about the future of Globe DAO.

  3. Wrote a Compiled report for April, consolidating inputs from all regional guilds. This report shows our progress and suggests areas where we can improve together: [REPORT] NEAR Globe DAO APRIL 2024 Report

  4. Evaluated proposals for May, providing helpful feedback to ensure they align with our values and KPIs.

    • Total Proposals: 15
    • Approved Proposals: 12
    • Approved polls on AstroDAO

  5. Reviewd all reports of April, providing feedbacks + calculating all their budget according to the KPIs achieved by them.

    • Total Reports: 12

  6. Oversaw communications and interactions with the communities, hosting meetings to address concerns and gather feedback.

  7. As part of my duties, I have created and posted [PROPOSAL] Globe DAO Funding Request to House of Merit for June
