Executive Summary:
CryptoConexión aims to introduce and onboard the She Is Near community to Farcaster through tailored workshops, enabling them to explore and utilize the platform for networking and personal growth.
Farcaster is a community-created protocol designed to develop new types of social networks. It provides a platform where users can control their data and developers can build apps without needing permission from the network. Farcaster includes several clients, including the most used one called Warpcast.
Our focus is on education and community building, offering webinars, a bounty program, and networking events to support women’s journey in tech. By partnering with NEAR and local communities, we aim to foster inclusivity and diversity in the blockchain space.
Problem Statement:
This initiative of hosting 2 workshops on the new Web3 social network, Farcaster, for She is Near serves to address several key benefits for She Is Near and the team:

Scope of the workshops:

Workshops Creation and Delivery:
Number of Sessions: Two interactive workshops in English.
Duration: Each session will last 90 minutes.
Time Zones: Sessions will be conducted in two different time zones to maximize accessibility. -
Farcaster Accounts and Channel:
Creation of an exclusive She Is Near channel on Farcaster for ongoing community engagement and support ($25/year).
Provision of 50 Farcaster accounts to facilitate direct engagement, at a cost of $5 per account.
Budget & KPIs
Cost Structure:
- Workshop Fees (preparation and execution of the workshops and support for all DAO members through a dedicated channel within the DAO’s TG): $3,000 per session.
- Farcaster She Is Near Channel: $25 (annual fee)
- Supercast account: $100 USDC
- Coordination with marketing team on editorial content: $500 per month (three months) - Farcaster Accounts: $250 (50 accounts at $5 each).
KPIs:

Create a She Is Near channel with more than 100 followers in the first month and grow
the account by 50% each month during the 1st three months. -
Create quests/bounties to onboard the She Is Near community and help them maximize
their participation - 4 quests per month. -
Identity opportunities for She Is Near community members - ensure 25% percent join and
begin to engage. -
Create She Is Near NFT on Zora and share via Frame to all She Is Near members on
Farcaster as a welcome to the channel.

The CryptoConexión initiative will be led by Mónica Talán and Ana López, who bring a wealth of experience in blockchain, education, and community engagement. Mónica has an extensive background in tech communications and has been instrumental in promoting diversity in the tech industry. Ana is known for her work in blockchain education and has played a key role in developing community-driven projects in Latin America.

- Scheduling: Upon approval, we will coordinate with the She is Near team to finalize the dates and times for the workshops.
- Implementation: We will handle all logistics related to the setup of the Farcaster channel and accounts, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
