Metrics of Evaluation

-Accounts Retention: we aim to retain at least 70% of our onboarded users after 8 weeks, maintaining interaction on the chain which we have done in our previous month when looking into our reports.

-DApps Engagement: we aim at ensuring that at least 60% of accounts retained for over 6 weeks engage with more than one dApp in the NEAR ecosystem. This can be captured in our report on how retain users.

-Social Engagement Score: We aim to use our various channels, and target an overall 20% increase in on-chain engagements and activities which we have done great work in our previous November Report

Strategy activity

-Onboarding, Building and Education. We are going to onboard 100+ new wallets. and 1 Online/offline events which targeting over 40+ participant.

-Community Engagement and Management (Telegram): 24/7 assistance for NEAR ecosystem inquiries. Expect 2 daily news and educational content updates. This should keep at least 60.

-Social and Onchain Presence: Daily updates, trends, articles, quizzes and translations. Posting on Near. social and other distribution channels. This will bring about reaching 20-25k impressions on Twitter with regular content pushing. Zealay Campaigning and on-chain tasks, delivering 500+ transactions monthly.

-BOS technical step by steps, and other contents (Medium): in-depth articles 4-5 on technical how to BOS components. Create educational videos on NEAR and on its Dapps, delivering at least 3 videos/Monts.

-AMA Sessions: 2 - 3 weekly sessions to address community inquiries. Devs training session, at least to have 10 devs in the community (fresh devs or experienced). Cross chain collaboration for attracting cross chain regional communities, at least 2 per month.

However, the total budget calculated is significantly different from what you requested. I need more clarification about the KPI you mentioned vs what we have right now

Hello Dery, I appreciate the review.

We asked for the amount because we want to keep the allocation at the tier level. Based on the monthly achievements of our community, we should be in tier 4, as some communities at that level are not doing as well as we have. Try to review each of our reports, please.

If you follow Near Social, you will see that our community is among the most active in creating onchain activities. We presently have over 40 developers holding weekly BOS workshops, and we used to onboard more than 100 people each month. and utilizing a BOS solution build by our devs for the community activities. check here rafflestore.home by zubairweb3.near | Near Social

I’m happy to see @Bakaka as an advisor on your team. He is a great contributor together with @IgbozeIsrael
I am in contact with them and we are currently planning activities in Africa to expand the existing active community there even more.
