Summary:
Due to the delay from the Marketing Vertical we have only received the funding at the end of the month, so we have only been able to schedule the paid ads for the events and pay Harmonic for the web3 integration in the last week. As this has been sorted now, the web3 integration on the website can start
As usual, we will have daily interaction on all our social media channels and we decided to use Medium to publish articles about the DAO and our interaction with NEAR (what we do and how N supported the DAO so far, how to enter the ecosystem etc.) this month.
We generally experienced steady growth and most of it was organic, as we have used very few ads until now. Most of our onboarding activities happen through physical events or projects we run to support artists. If then they create a wallet with us and start to interact with the ecosystem by developing their own projects within N, we see this as a successful onboarding, rather than only focussing on a huge number of followers who still might not interact with N at all.
We are cross-promoting with Harmonic Guild/Minting Music as well as Endemic, as they will launch their platform on N with muti NFTs.
The monthly tasks for the social media management position are:

- Management: daily content, creating events for the online streams and events & sharing 200 USD x N
- Actively growing the followers through campaigns, one per each online stream from the muti.on (2) as well as NFT drops and youtube content events 70 USD

- Management: posting daily, including NFT drops, stories & posts from other DAOs within the Ecosystem & the NEAR profile - 200 USD

- daily posts & retweets per week about streams, events, collaborations & funding options (through the gov. forum) - 200 USD

Youtube/Twitch:
- Collecting artist info & creating the promotion
- Upload & promote content from streams, workshops, premiers & events (min. 2 this month)
- Cross Promotion through other channels- 200 USD

TG:
- Sharing of bounties/ possibilities in the ecosystem & nurturing DAO to DAO / artist collabs through actively connecting them with other artists
- Reviewing funding proposals & updates, explaining DAO functions, payouts etc. - 200 USD

Content Creation & Marketing:
- As we’re posting daily and need different formats for all platforms, creating the visual with a coherent language has become more time-intensive.
- Creating videos, posts, Reels, Stories/Tweets - for all platforms - 250 USD
- Canva (to create content and schedule on Twitter) yearly subscription if possible, as we have been constantly using it and will use it for the future as well, it would save around 36 USD - 122 USD
- Creating stickers which can be distributed physically, including a link which leads to the website to spread infos about the DAO and NEAR; 20 USD design + 22 USD print - 42 USD

- Creating bounties in the forum for the community to share our socials, website, youtube or to create a 3xr gallery minted through our DAO to archieve a bigger reach also outside of the Creatives DAO; 100 USD for the bounties & 75 USD for the management (setting up the bounties, doublechecking the fulfilled bounties & sending the reward) - 175 USD
