[REPORT] Graffiti DAO February 2022 & DAO restructuring

Happy to say after a community call and a great response, Graffiti DAO now has 4 new council members and I have left the DAO as council in the process. The new council members are: @Ligaya @Dedeukwu @Albhion @pinkalsky The month of March was spent communicating the changeover, finishing off some pre-existing projects on the dao and onboarding the new members to take over so this can act as an extension of a monthly report on that. Looking forward to what is to come for Graff…
