This month we had a series of internal dialogues with Demonstra’s board members to restructure the future actions of our DAO in order to improve our performance taking into consideration the counter-parts and metrics related to NEAR’s goals. Our intention this month is to re-organize our functions and our projects to be more aligned with the Near ecosystem and web3.

The next restructuring steps include:

  • Finding a new member for Demonstra DAO that can be in charge of internal communication within NEAR and in the strategic visions of expanding metrics that are related to our DAO taking into account Demonstra’s goals and purposes;

  • Greater openness to collaborations and new projects with the partners that are already part of the Demonstra network, in order to expand our internal ecosystem and generate more dialogues and collective actions;

  • Start thinking of actions that involve collaboration and partnership with other DAOs that enable greater engagement and internal communication with the NEAR ecosystem;

  • Start developing projects that involve accessibility and technology and aim to make the DAO and NEAR more accessible to all audiences.

Since this is a DAO, can we see future funding requests go to the DAOs wallet rather than the wallet of an individual?

Certainly we can!
I was not aware of this direct availability for the DAO Demonstration. This will even make transfers easier.

Would you be able to tell me what I have to change so that my order is placed directly in our DAO card?

If that’s a possibility, I’m sure the DAO will do this way :slight_smile:

@David_NEAR We know that NF was ‘closed’ for a few days during July and the funding processing was delayed, but even after completing the funding guidelines this month Demonstra still did not receive any feedback (document to sign and so on). Are you aware of anything that we could do such as filling the new form or so? Is this still a consequence of the delay?
