NEAR AFRICA COMMUNITY DAO PROPOSAL/REPORT TEMPLATE

Due to this effect, and pending when the window for the next funding round will be up, we want to call the attention of all Regional Communities from Africa to take note of these.
This document is to call the attention of all who intend to build communities in Africa to the criteria needed to be able to be funded by the NDC through the Africa Community DAO.
Building on the OKRs/KPIs of the NDC’s CoA, the DAo can present a target for the next three months for everyone to focus on. Those interested will use these points as building blocks to establish their community-focused KPIs.
DAO KPI SUMMARY (QUARTERLY)
The DAO shall however focus on building the following in Africa for three months. African communities are responsible for using this as a guide to growing their country and communities.

PROPOSAL
Before writing a proposal, NEW communities MUST make an introductory post on the forum to announce their communities to the ecosystem. It’s basically to highlight their goals and how they want to achieve them. When that is done, they can proceed to write a proposal.
