Detailed proposal:
Hackathon co-sponsorship proposal submitted by a developer team who won a prize at Hack The Rainbow and EthOnline. One of the devs lives in Boston but is from Ukraine so he is headed home for the holidays and will participate in person in this hackathon (he will be the tech mentor for this event).
