Hi, want to hear opinion of community about creation of RU legal guild. The request for legal support have heared on office hours. I propose next things:

  1. Use cases for project without personal information, which can be useful as a start point for new projects
  2. Legal consultation for working projects: tax structure, tax optimisation by russian law and EU law in general

Expirience:
I work with a well-known specialist in Russia (first man, who use btc like authorized capital
of company and also first credit with crypto gurantee in country). Projects are related to the legal packaging of crypto projects (utility token, NFT), tax consulting. The largest dispute is 4.5 billion rubles

Я предлагаю создание РУ-подразделения NEAR Legal Guild. Обладаю компетенциями в области структурирования крипто проектов как по праву РФ, так и праву ЕС/США: юридическая упаковка бизнес-модели, анализ рисков, в первую очередь вопросы налогов.

Предполагаемая модель работы:

  1. Создание базы обезличенных кейсов, которые могут стать основой для “молодых” проектов;
  2. Консультирование уже существующих проектов, упаковка решений в кейсы.

В качестве релевантного опыта хотел бы привести кейсы по упаковке игр на NFT, консультации физических лиц по вопросам 115 ФЗ, налогообложения доходов от деятельности с криптой, правовая оболочка для utility токенов, NFT от Третьяковки

This question is very important for us. With great pleasure, we would contact the Russian-speaking division of the guild.
A month ago, we already faced the issue of taxes for artists if they work as individual entrepreneurs in Russia and Belarus.

Thanks to Simon’s advice, now this issue has become clearer for us.

Hi, yeah i 've already tried to contact with team. But the legal guild opinion was there are no need in russian specialist in team

The biggest concern here would be:

The current Legal Guild ensure that they don’t offer consulting of this kind AFAIK to prevent a client-lawyer relationship as there are a tonne of implications which open up around that.

Thank you for your advice. I will check the potential risks of relationships classification like lawyer-client. In russian law we can mitigate this risks.

I’ve found a rocket dao by quick search, it provides a legal support in consultation form. Also I have checked their legal documents, and I think the consultation could be provided. Maybe I miss any details?
