[REPORT] SXSW Marketing support - Event Date 11th March

Here is our report for the SXSW funding received from NEAR for this proposal.

Overview:
Thx to the support from the @marketingdao-council we attended SXSW and WON the web3 & metaverse Speed Pitch category!

The judging panel included:

  • The Venture Reality Fund
  • Forbes/Chapman University
  • LSA Global - Latinx Startup Alliance
  • WXR Fund

The funding also enabled us to create cool merch which we distributed at the pitch awards, meet the start ups event and throughout SXSW’s various side events to partners, investors and brands.

We created a pack that had a red pill and a blue pill with the matrix quote to drive intrigue, increase brand loyalty and recognition. Here are some of the assets + images from our time there:

Conclusion
SXSW gave us a unique opportunity to advocate NEAR as a leading technology within the entertainment and fashion sectors. Being the only start up using NEAR at the pitch event and having 1/30th of the funding our competitors had was a huge achievement. I can only advocate for more of these opportunities to land within the ecosystem as we strive to increase NEARs user and client base.
