We finalized and published 2 videos that you requested as test pieces to assess our creative capabilites and outcome. For now, this is the start of the channel and we’re looking forward to produce more videos like this with more improvements. As we’re producing we take iterative approach which centers around the idea that each piece gets better and better over time.
Our plan for next videos is to bring in more diverse voices and even include on camera actors so we dont center the brand around one individual voice/actor. We stick to our current format which is crypto and NEAR focused stories and news.
Insights and learnings we gathered when producing these two videos:
Interview and include more professionals in the NEAR ecosystem so we can improve future ideas
Bring in actors who can perform on camera for more personal connection with the audience
Improve visuals to showcase more relevant and real footages/screenshots/pictures. To use as little stock footage as possible.
Occasionally bring in stories in the crypto space in general not just in NEAR so we have much more broader reach which grows the channel and helps boost our other videos
Our initial goal is to hit 1,000 subscribers with the channel. We plan to achieve this in the next 2 months, assuming we can continue with 10 videos/month as initially discussed.
First 1,000 subscribers will allow us to test our content more and get real data to improve it.
We’re looking to get funding for next 10 videos which we’re looking to produce in the next 30 days from approval to continue with this channel, total: $4,750.
After 3 months of working with Human Guild the plan was to extend our work to 6 months more but at the last minute they changed their funding plans and focus internally so they didn’t want to proceed. So this proposal didnt go through nor got funding.

Your answers are blurry. Your YouTube channel is not developing. There are very few views. Your channel looks like a private family channel for saving videos from birthday and Christmas holidays. Although the Christmas video is gaining an order of magnitude more views. The expected metric has not been reached. You have worked with the Human Guild for 3 months, are there any reviews from the guild? If the guild does not want further cooperation, then what is your content for?

Hi, thanks for your questions! Happy to answer to your concerns. The goal of our first two videos was to showcase our capabilities and quality of videos. Please look at our initial agreement on this project.
The project is new and we just started with it so we can’t expect to hit results with only two videos. The projected milestone to reach 1,000 subscribers is the aim once we get the project going with our initial proposal so we can keep developing and producing more content.
I don’t want to speak on behalf of Human Guild but they seemed to be happy with the results. The main thing was that they couldn’t put enough focus on the podcast which would’ve helped a lot for us to reach much better results. At the end, they decided to allocated resources to their other objectives and initiatives. Doing marketing was more like a bonus but not the primary thing they focused on.
