Project title: Playbook “How to build a modern Business around Web 3”

One-liner: Development of the playbook to share lessons learned by NEAR Hispano in the process of building an educational regional NEAR Hub. Focus on the two main areas:

  1. Deep Dive Into The Use-Case Of NEAR Hispano
  2. Extraction The Key Principles that can be applied by any other NEAR Entrepreneur

Period: February/March 2022

Here is the list of activities executed by the team in the month of March:

  • Attend weekly meetings and provide feedback on different aspects of the project as required.
  • Analyzing all the data obtained from the interviews and collecting extra additional information from the NEAR Hispano core team.
    -Writing the playbook (@Aria @MarioRomero @Sofia_Alum) and proofreading by different people. Special credit to Erin Kristina (NEAR Edu fellow in residence). Original text here (35 pages in total)
    -Organization and hosting of Twitter Spaces on NEARWEEK for the promotion of the playbook
    -Writing the playbook’s launch announcement.
