Project title: Playbook “How to build a modern Business around Web 3”
One-liner: Development of the playbook to share lessons learned by NEAR Hispano in the process of building an educational regional NEAR Hub. Focus on the two main areas:
- Deep Dive Into The Use-Case Of NEAR Hispano
- Extraction The Key Principles that can be applied by any other NEAR Entrepreneur

February 2021
Here is the list of activities executed by the team in the month of February:
- Planning and organizing interviews (+ interview protocols) with NEAR Hispano Core team, NEAR Hispano students
- Executing all the interviews, transcribing and translating all the data from Spanish to English (transcripts and recordings will be soon uploaded to the website)
- Setting up a preliminary version of the website where the playbook will be living: https://playbook.openwebsandbox.org/
- Setting up a survey for potential playbook users (ie NEAR entrepreneurs interested in starting their regional hubs) and collecting data
- Processing all the collected data and integrating it together
- Finalized the playbook syllabus
- Started writing the first sections
- Started looking for the designers to create videos with golden quotes from the interviews
- Started working on the marketing plan to ensure the final product reaches its audience
